In the latest addition of the SPAR:RNDS series we were lucky enough to film a sparring session down at Octagon Fight Academy. An open matt full of killers and some of the best up and coming British MMA prospects. Fighters from some of the biggest MMA promotions including Jay-Paul Irving, Danny Dixon, Abraham Bably, Malachai Edwards and Daniel Holt.
